Organizations today need to be taught risk management and
prevention practices to keep them out of court with employee
lawsuits. The emphasis today has to be on prevention, i.e.
teaching employers how to identify the ( potential) problems and
create solutions before employees get to the courthouse. Our
programs will teach employers how to uncover problems before
they occur, create solutions to the problems and cultivate an
environment friendly to the multicultural and multi diverse
issues that exist in the workplace today.
We will examine how to implement change, teach boundary
concerns, and teach sensitivity, awareness and respect for
multiple issues. These may include verbal innuendoes and
physical boundary issues, as well as sex and age harassment and
discrimination behaviors. We will teach the appropriate ways
humor can be used as well as when it is not
appropriate to use humor. Programs will be in lecture format,
with role playing, interactive and audio visual tools for
learning. We will also be available for small group follow up
programs and individual consultations on specific training
issues.
