After processing, we will contact you via e- mail with a response to your query. If clarification or additional information is required we will call or e-mail you. By using this service you Hold Harmless the Institute for Executive Consultation, Inc. and all its providers and affiliates from liability. Our consultations do not replace face to face professional services. There is a minimum charge of $65.00 which includes one-half hour of work related to your query. If additional time is required we will provide an estimate before exceeding the initial time allowed and will e-mail you an estimate. You choose to use the Internet and assume all liability and responsibility via its use in regards to the confidentiality of your transmissions. By initiating contact with us, you agree to all of the above terms. IEC’s service is an educational program designed to provide you a better understanding of the issues you have presented. I.E.C.’s consultation does not replace or eliminate the advise you would receive from a face to face professional consultation. SPECIAL OFFER If you decide to purchase a retainer, we will provide on-line consultations or telephone consultations for a year for a flat fee of $995.00. This offer allows up to two consultations per month without additional charge. It allocates up to 3 queries and up to three hours of work on such queries per month. Unused time may be carried forward. The fee for an hour consultation otherwise would cost you $2400 per annum with two consultations a month.
