Needs Assessments
In order for an organization to
benefit from structured programs and workshops, a needs
assessment can help identify areas which require specific or
additional training and remediation. A team of senior IEC
executives will perform a needs assessment for each department
or satellite office of the organization. Interviews,
confidential surveys and questionnaires, and observational
techniques will be utilized to glean information from employees.
A written report detailing a summary of the findings, as well as
solution based recommendations will be prepared and made
available to the management of the organization. Employees will
realize that the management is interested in their opinions and
that their input and ideas are valued by the management.
Management will gain a unique perspective into the workings of
their organization from those who perform the work daily and
have first hand experience and insights into the issues at hand. |
